1. Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times listed begin after your order has been processed, shipped, and has left our facility.
Note: Saturdays and Sundays are not business days, and should be excluded from delivery estimates.

2. Estimates Only

All shipping times are estimates. Rural areas may experience slight delays.

• Canadian rural or PO Box addresses will be shipped via Canada Post (other couriers do not service PO Boxes).

• Please include your buzzer or apartment number to ensure smooth delivery.

• If multiple orders are placed to the same address on the same day, we may combine them into a single shipment.

3. Toronto & GTA Express Service

For local customers in Toronto and the GTA, take advantage of our FragBuy Express courier service:

• Delivery window: 12–48 hours, selectable at checkout

• Cutoff time: 9 AM

• Real‑time updates: You’ll receive text notifications 10 minutes before the courier arrives and again upon delivery

• Proof of delivery: A photo will be taken to confirm safe delivery — part of our signature
